Hi, my name is Charlsie Pecoraro (pronounced Charles -SEE.) I am named after my mother's father Charles. Mom was a true Southern Belle from Mississippi and raised her son and daughters to appreciate Southern hospitality.

     I wanted to launch "meet da' boss" as an answer to the challenges anyone faces moving to a new community. Relocating to Mobile from Baton Rouge meant that I had to find new favorites and events in Mobile, Alabama. Let's face it, no one wants to suffer through a bad haircut or tasteless meal!
