Discovering quality wines and understanding wine pairings was something that I have been curious about for quite some time. I had the fortune of meeting Brooke Goff, owner of Domke Market. Domke is a gourmet shop and wine bar nestled in Schillinger Station in West Mobile. Brooke’s bubbly personality and knowledge of her offerings was exactly what I was searching for.
