Meredith Simmerman has a passion for helping women feel empowered, hopeful and self assured. Women face a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, eating disorders, moodiness, and stress.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been helping women in the Mobile, Alabama area for four and a half years. Her practice specializes in relationship and self-esteem building, spirituality growth and life goal setting.
