According to Marcile Sims, she had tried every “diet” plan under the sun. Of course she did lose some weight as long as she followed the restrictive instructions. She was left feeling hungry, dissatisfied and frustrated with the time consuming shopping and meal prep.  As soon as she would return to normal eating, the pounds would return. She knew that there had to be a better way.

 

Several years ago, she noticed that a friend's pastor and his wife were literally “shrinking” right before her eyes on social media. Their posts peaked her interest. After watching them for several months, she asked them how they were losing so much weight, so quickly. They introduced her to the Habits of Health. As an informal student of nutrition, the science behind this plan intrigued her.
