Jim is a Mobile native who returned to his hometown after graduating from college and serving as a U.S. Marine Officer in the late 70's and early 80's. At that time he worked in the logistics industry eventually co-owning and operating a food service warehousing operation until 1994 when it sold. He then joined his two brothers in their thriving industrial engineering and construction business.
